Patient Forms
In response to safety for all, we are asking that you download forms to complete and return to our office. If you need assistance, please call our office. We can define this copy, once we know how you wish to proceed.
Padma, I have thought with this. I understand why the need for paperless documents. Providing a download is not an issue. My concern is if people are emailing you back their forms with sensitive information, does this put you at risk? As you know email is not secure. Would you need a patient portal where documents are kept secure? I don't know enough about setting up portals, but I could ask. I imagine this feature could get expensive. If people bring their forms at the time of the appointment, does that put your staff at risk? Is there a way you could sanitize documents?
